Aboma has developed a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, workforce development, and organizational leadership.

As Finance & Human Resources Director, Aboma oversees the organization’s financial operations, human resources functions, technology systems, and administrative processes. He works closely with leadership to support strategic planning, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain the strong financial and organizational foundation that enables Inspired Care to fulfill its mission and continue growing its services within the community.
