Meet the Team
Lensa Girsha, DNP, MSA, APRN, NP-C
Chief Executive Officer
Lensa brings over two decades of healthcare experience and leadership to Inspired Care. She has proudly served the local community for nearly two decades, first as a nurse since 2006 and later as a Nurse Practitioner since 2009.
Aboma Terfassa
Finance and Human Resources Director
Aboma is a Co-Founder and the Finance & Human Resources Director of Inspired Care. He brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology, finance, operations, and human resources.
Susan Ranghan Gichohi
Director of Operations
Susan grew up locally, graduating from Trinity High School and then completing her BA in History and Italian Language and Literature at the University of Notre Dame. She spent three years after graduation volunteering at a L’Arche community in Italy.
Carmen Thompson Collins
Quality Coordinator
Born and raised in the local community, Carmen brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the human services field. Throughout her career, she has specialized in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, staff development, and program oversight.
Maurine Nyambura
Consumer Benefits and Service Coordinator
Maureen brings 25 years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, including Direct Support Professional (DSP), Medication Technician, Team Lead, Program Director, and Service Coordinator.
