Susan Ranghan Gichohi

Director of Operations

Susan grew up locally, graduating from Trinity High School and then completing her BA in History and Italian Language and Literature at the University of Notre Dame. She spent three years after graduation volunteering at a L’Arche community in Italy, where she first experienced the joys of sharing life with individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since 1998, she has worked locally for providers in the ID/DD field.

Susan joined Inspired Care in the fall of 2024 as Director of Operations. In this role, she oversees daily operations and works closely with staff, individuals served, and families to ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
