Lensa brings over two decades of healthcare experience and leadership to Inspired Care. She has proudly served the local community for nearly two decades, first as a nurse since 2006 and later as a Nurse Practitioner since 2009. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare and improving the well-being of the individuals and families she serves.

As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Lensa provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s operations, growth initiatives, and service delivery. Her extensive healthcare experience, combined with her commitment to service, helps guide Inspired Care’s continued focus on quality care, organizational excellence, and positive outcomes for those it serves.
